Service Complaints about CommsADR

If you wish to raise a complaint regarding the service that you have received from CDRL, please either submit this via our online portal, or post it to us in writing. 

Please provide us with your claim ID, full details of your complaint,  and also state which sector your claim was lodged within (e.g. Comms).

If you remain dissatisfied once you have received the Chief Adjudicator’s response, this can then be reviewed by an Independent Assessor.

Make a service complaint by post

Service complaints can also be made in writing, please provide full details of the complaint, including your complaint ID number, and post to this address.
